Answers to our most common questions


Although Booking is not essential during non-Peak times, We recommend you book online to 100% guarantee your entry, especially if you’re visiting in the future. We sometimes hit capacity during peak times, so to avoid any dissapointment we reccomend book before your visit.

You will mainly need to book online for special events such as Half Terms, Easter Holidays, Summer Holidays, Halloween & Christmas. It is always best to check the website bookings online or social media pages for updates.

You can now change your booking up to 3 hours before your Visit.

If you havent accessed your account before, Simply request a new password and enter the email you used for the booking.

You will be able to select a new date of your choice.

Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs around the farm park.

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the site.


General admission: Course you can still enter! your ticket includes a full day visit until we close. The arrival time is there to give us an indication on when you will arrive.

Now Covid restrictions have eased you can now turn up anytime after your chosen entry time.

If you turn up earlier than your chosen arrival time, simply ask at the ticket office if you can enter early. 99% of the time you will be allowed to enter.

Timed Events: With Timed events such as a visit to Father Christmas, you will need to arrive at the correct time if not earlier. If you miss your time slot, we may not be able to get you in to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure you give yourself enough time to enter and make your way to Father Christmas's Workshop.

Birthday Parties: If you're hosting a Birthday party you can arrive up to 30 mins before your timeslot to set up your party room and get yourself ready.

Your guests must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your time slot. if your guests turn up late, your timeslot will not be extended above the 2 hours alloted period.

If you have been given a Return Pass or Gift ticket from after April 2022. You can enter the code into the website to redeem your voucher Any issues, please call the office on 01527 66191 - Monday to friday (Offices are closed on weekends)

For Vouchers before April 2022 - Please contact our team on 01527 66191 or Info@attwellfarmpark.co.uk to arrange your booking. All tickets require pre-booking in order to be allocated a time slot and are included within our restricted visitor numbers.

When you receive a free return pass, from a school trip, birthday party or you win a prize. you simply call up the office to book in with it, or bring it with you to the ticket office during off peak times.

your free return pass is only valid in term times. it does not include half terms, summer holidays, bank holidays or special events.

All attractions are included in the price of entry, except the Coin Operated Tractors that take £1.00 coin per ride and the Animal Feed which is £1.50 per bag

Additional charges may apply on select days for example special events.

We do two Small animal Handling sessions everyday in the petting barn, which includes to Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.

Morning session : 10:30am - 11:00am

Afternoon session : 14:30pm - 15:00pm

Timings are subject to change so we always recommend asking a member of staff on arrival

Refund & Bad weather Policy – We will not refund or transfer a ticket due to bad weather.

We will remain open 7 days a week, so bring a coat and enjoy your time at the farm. :)

Due to these unprecedented times, we are working to a strict capacity at the farm, and as such cannot change tickets on the day. We hope you can respect and understand this. we recommend checking the weather before booking your tickets.

We have baby changing facilities available in both toilet blocks (Male & Female) Please follow guidance on cleaning the baby changing stations after use, with sanitiser and cleaning supplies provided. We have introduced enhanced cleaning regimes for these, in line with government guidance, which will be taking place regularly throughout the day.

We have both Indoor & Outdoor Toilet facilities on site.

The Indoor toilets have Male, Female, Disabled & Baby Change areas to use

The Outdoor Toilets are unisex and disabled.

Picnics are welcome at Attwell Farm Park in any of our outside spaces, alongside our Toddler play barn and sandpit area. But please help us keep the farm and the countryside tidy by putting all rubbish in the bins provided or taking it home with you.

We have lots of picnic benches available but we advise bringing a picnic blanket for convenience incase all the benches are taken, so you can enjoy relaxing on our designated picnic areas.

Please stick to the picnic area zones which are located on your farm park map.

A variety of refreshments will be available to purchase from our ‘grab and go’ coffee shop. Including hot and cold drinks, Take away food & snacks, ice-creams & more.

Our Indoor Soft play area is for food purchased from our premises only. please use picnic areas provided


Yes, We have our Coffee Shop & Kitchen that serves a variety of hot and cold food on site. 

We serve hot food until 4pm - After 4pm, we will only have pizzas available alongside cold food options
