Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Cooks and Servers to join our catering team. As a key player in our operations, you will work as part of a dedicated team to create and serve quality food, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our visitors.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook food items to order, following specified recipes and standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure all dishes are cooked well and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage peak rush times.
• Handle food while following all health and hygiene standards, including allergen awareness.
• Assist in stock management and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a cook or server in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (Training will be provided if not)
• Basic understanding of allergy awareness. (Training will be provided if not)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• High standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Flexible with working hours, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Working Hours
• Part-time roles primarily during weekends.
• Full-time roles include weekdays and at least one weekend day, with shifts typically from 08:00 – 17:00 on weekdays and 08:00 – 18:00 on weekends and holidays.
