‘Farm of Fear’ Event Accessibility and Safety Statement

While we strive to make our Farm Park and facilities accessible to as many guests as possible, the 'Farm of Fear' scare maze has health and safety requirements that must be adhered to. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the scare maze if there is a perceived safety risk to an individual or others. This is in accordance with advice from the Health and Safety Executive, which confirms that refusal on health and safety grounds does not constitute discrimination. We appreciate your understanding as we make decisions in the interest of guest safety.

Is the Event Wheelchair Friendly & Accessible?

Our Farm Park itself is wheelchair-friendly and features a Changing Places facility. The Pumpkin Patch, Food & Drink area is all on concrete surface.

However, please note that the scare maze is NOT wheelchair accessible. Due to its physical demands, crawl spaces and the nature of the event. the scare maze and roaming actors may also be UNSUITABLE for visitors with additional needs.

To ensure the safety of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the scare maze if we believe there may be a risk to an individual or others, either during regular operations or in the event of emergency procedures. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise the safety of everyone at our farm.
This is our first nighttime scare event, and we welcome any feedback to help improve the experience.

Farm of Fear Information

Parking
We have allocated disabled parking near our front entrance, and we ask that you only park in these areas if you have a blue badge. There is plenty of parking for all our other visitors. All our car parking is free of charge. Please be aware that our overflow car park and some areas within the park are gravelled with stone and may be uneven in places. The nearest toilets and changing places facility is located just in the entrance to the farm, so please bear with us on entry as we do need to admit your party correctly before allowing you onto the site.

Buying Tickets/Entering the Park
The guest with a disability/additional need and any other members of their party will pay the full price of whichever ticket they choose. However, the Carer can purchase a Carer ticket.

Please bear in mind that our scare maze is not suitable for those with the following conditions:

•    Asthma, epilepsy or claustrophobia
•    Any heart, neck, or back conditions
•    Those of a nervous disposition
•    Those with a pacemaker
•    Those who are pregnant

This is due to, but not limited to, strobe lighting, tight spaces, sudden shocks, and the unpredictability of other guests within the attractions.

Please ensure that you have the relevant paperwork (acceptable documentation is below). On the night, please present a suitable photographic ID (provisional/driver’s license or passport) of the named carer to present to our admissions staff when you collect your ticket.

Visitors with the following documentation are eligible for one complimentary carer's ticket. Please note that it is valid only when accompanying a caree who has purchased a full-price ticket, and it is limited to one carer per caree. Any additional members of your party will be required to pay full price.

Upon arrival at the farm, you will be asked to show proof/documentation of the need for a carer to a member of our reception team. Failure to provide any of the required documentation may result in your paying the full price for entry.
