REFUND POLICY

  • Tickets are non-refundable. This includes situations related to bad weather or if the experience slightly differs from marketing images.

  • Changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Contact us at 01527 66191 or email info@attwellfarmpark.co.uk for assistance. Changes are subject to manager discretion and availability.

  • General Admission Entry changes: You can modify your General Admission Entry booking up to 3 hours before your visit by logging in to your account at https://attwellfarmpark.co.uk/login/. Changes beyond the 3-hour window cannot be made.

  • Special, Timed, & Peak Time Events: Tickets for these events are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

Booking terms & Conditions


Online Booking

  • All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion, are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Your tickets will be valid for the date selected at the time of booking.
    Purchased e-tickets are delivered via email to the address provided when placing the order.
  • If you do not receive your e-ticket within 24 hours, please contact the office on Info@AttwellFarmPark.co.uk or call us on 01527 66191.
  • Under 1’s can enter the farm free of charge but are still required to book online to monitor capacity levels.
  • We cannot Ammend, Refund or Transfer a booking on the day of your visit. if you have any changes to make they need to be made 48 hours before your visit time and date. To Make a change please call the office on 01527 66191 or email info@attwellfarmpark.co.uk - Any changes would be down to the Managers discretion and Availability.
  • For General Admission Entry - you can now change your booking up to 3 hours before your Visit.
    Simply log into your account at: https://attwellfarmpark.co.uk/login/ If you havent accessed your account before, Simply request a new password and enter the email you used for the booking.If you miss the three hour window unfortuately your ticket will be non-refundable or exchangeable (This is for General Admission Events Only and does not include Special, Timed & Peak Time Events. For events such as Father Christmas - Charges will apply to move a booking)
  • Bad Weather Policy – We will not refund or transfer a ticket due to bad weather.
  • Free Return Pass - when you receive a free child return pass, it cannot be used for special events, half terms, Summer holidays. it only covers standard term time entry

Making a Purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to fulfil your order if:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment.
  • We have identified a pricing or product description error.
  • If there is an issue with the item(s) you have ordered, you will be contacted via phone or email.
  • If you are intending for your goods to be delivered outside of the UK, please contact us before ordering, so that we may supply you with a quote for shipping costs.
  • If an order does not consist of e-tickets or membership and therefore requires shipment, it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us if you have not received your order.
  • We recommend that you print out/save and retain your order confirmation e-mail in case you want to contact us about your order or return items after delivery.
  • When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted through Secure Trading.
  • You book online by abusing or misusing our voucher/ coupon system. In such events, your order will be cancelled and money refunded.


Returns Policy for Gift Shop Items

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days.
  • Returns postage is a direct cost to you and we regret this cannot be refunded. We will not charge postage and packaging however for replacement items.


Amendments to the Terms

  • Attwell Farm Ltd Trading as Attwell Farm Park reserves the right to alter its terms and conditions, product details and prices at any given time without prior notice.
  • Attwell Farm Ltd Trading as Attwell Farm Park reserves the right to remove any discounts and other promotional offers at any given time without prior notice.
  • Attwell Farm Ltd Trading as Attwell Farm Park will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond its reasonable control. This term does not affect your statutory rights.


MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS


•    By purchasing an Attwell Farm Park Membership you agree to all the terms and conditions of use.

•    Your Full Access Membership pass entitles the named person(s) to enter the farm any day. We are open for 12 consecutive months from date of purchase (Please note: we do close annually for a winter shut down. Term Time Membership is for entry during term-time weekdays only (as per Warwickshire's & Worcestershire’s school term-times).

•    Free entry for members is for the standard Farm Park experience only; special events held on-site may be ticketed separately and therefore not be free to members.

•    Attwell Farm Park reserve the right to refuse the use of the membership(s) if Identification is not provided or your membership(s) are not correctly filled out and completed online. You will be asked to pay the admission price (standard or reduced) before you can enter the Park.

•    All correspondence will only be sent to the lead adult name and address given on the application.

•    When applying for an individual Child Membership, an adult’s details must be supplied for all correspondence.

•    Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an individual 18 years of age or over (We always operate a Parental Supervision Policy)

•    Child membership is required from 2nd Birthday. Should/when a child turns 2 during your Membership year, please inform admission staff or contact the farm office so we can discuss adding the child onto your membership. Children aged 2 and over not on a membership will have to pay the (standard) admission fee per visit, until a membership for them is purchased.

•    Events are subject to change without notice and no refunds are given should Attwell Farm LTD T/a Attwell Farm Park close due to circumstances beyond its control.

•    All memberships are valid for 12 months from purchase – there are no short-term memberships or pro-rata refunds if you wish to terminate your membership prior to its expiry.

•    Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer, voucher, school visit, birthday party or seasonal event.

•    Attwell Farm Park reserves the right to remove the offer of a membership at any point during the year. Membership Passes are not interchangeable or transferable for any reason. Attwell Farm Park reserves the right to refuse renewal or withdraw membership at any time. Personal or verbal abuse of staff will not be tolerated, and Attwell Farm Park reserve the right to refuse admission and revoke membership if the ‘Code of Conduct’ is not adhered to. On purchase of your annual pass, you are giving Attwell Farm Park consent to keep details you have provided on record. These details will not be passed onto any third parties.

•    In the likelihood of a compulsory closure due to events such as Pandemics, or events out of our control, we regret that we will not be extending memberships for the duration that we will be closed for or refunding monies.
