Here at Attwell Farm, we have a few options for you to enjoy your special day! From private room hire to guided visits, we have got you covered.

Take your party on an interactive tour of our Farm either hosted or in your own time, where you will meet all your fuzzie & Feathered favourites. After exploring around the farm you will have an exclusive party room for you and your guests to celebrate and enjoy your party food!!

Your own party host, who will guide you around the farm park on a tour of the animals & assist with animal Handling.

You will get a map and everything you need to take your party around the farm park in your own time. (Party host not included)

What happens on the day?


HOSTED PARTY PACKAGE

Duration - 2 hours

Once you and your guests have arrived and been greeted by your party host, you will begin your tour of the animals around our outdoor & indoor paddocks & pen. You will get to Feed & interact with all your farmyard favourites.

After your tour you will then be led to the petting barn where you will be able to handle rabbits, guinea pigs and even cuddles with our miniature pigs (Subject to change)

Your party food & extras shall be waiting for you in your room ready to go!

Now its time to party! You will have food and cake in your party room for the remaining 30 minutes of your party.


DIY PARTY PACKAGE

Duration - 2 hours

Once you have arrived and all your guests have checked in, it’s time to party! You can choose to stay in your room for the duration, use the farm park facilities or tour around the animal paddocks, the farm is your oyster! 

Your party food & extras shall be waiting for you in your room ready to go!


**Once your party is over you and your guests are welcome to stay in the farm park and use all the facilities until we close at 18:00pm**

Birthday Party F.A.Q'S



DO YOU PROVIDE A CAKE, KNIFE AND CANDLES?


We currently do not provide a birthday cake or candles. This is your responsibility. a Knife to cut the cake is available when you need to cut your cake.

CAN WE HAVE OTHER GUESTS, SIBLINGS AND EXTRA ADULTS?

Yes, you can have extra people to the party. However Additional adults or guests will be required to pay the standard admission price It is your responsibility to make your guests aware of this policy.

DO WE HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE AREAS IN THE FARM PARK?

If you book a Party room party, you have exclusive use of the party room for your time slot. The rest of the farm park is open to the public as normal.

DO CHILDREN UNDER 2 COUNT AS GUESTS, IN REGARDS TO NUMBERS?

If a child is under 2 and not participating in the party, then you do not have to pay for them, and they are not
included in the party numbers. (They do not qualify for a free adult)

WHEN DO YOU NEED TO KNOW NUMBERS AND A SANDWICH ORDER BY?

We need your Guest List, Sandwich order & Allergies no later than 48 hours before your party. It is your responsibility to give us this. If we have no sandwich order or guest list before your start time we cannot produce your food for you and your party will be set up with whatever is on your guestlist. Your guest list will be automatically charged and finalised at the 48 hour mark before your party begins. Please make sure you have collected all your data before this time.

WHEN DO WE PAY?

You pay a 10 child deposit at the point of booking your party. The remainder of your balance is automatically taken 48 hours before your party begins. You can chose to pay this sooner if you wish. If your payment method declines and we have no contact from you before the day of your party. Your party will be cancelled and your Non-Refundable deposit shall not be refunded. if you have any billing issues please call the office asap on 01527 66191.

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions


All parties must adhere to all terms of entry, prices & conditions, in addition to the following terms:

  • Once your deposit is taken, you will need to wait for confirmation (24hours) once it has been confirmed you will be able to enter your Guest details and edit your party details. No party is confirmed until you receive an email stating that it has been confirmed. Money will be refunded if your chosen date is not available.
  • The Birthday child gets 2 adults free with their booking. All other participating children will get 1 x free adult. Any additional guests will pay standard entry prices.
  • It is your responsibility to provide us with your guest list & food order (including allergens) 48 hours before the party begins. Our new online system is easy to use, if you require help, please contact the office on 01527 66191. Once the 48-hour mark passes no changes can be made and your party will be booked and ready to go. If your guest list isn’t provided on time, we reserve the right to set up the party based on your original predicted numbers.
  • Only the party hosts are permitted to arrive 15 minutes before the party.
  • A 10-child non-refundable deposit is required at point of booking. All remaining payments will be made 48 hours before the party begins on our website.
  • We ask that you clear the party room of any rubbish before you vacate. Bins will be provided. A £10 refundable cleaning fee will be added to your booking at the point of payment. If you leave the party room in a state, you will not receive your deposit back. We are very reasonable and will do most of the cleaning. You will receive your cleaning deposit back within 7-10 working days.
  • Memberships – Memberships do not include parties; you will need to pay the standard party prices.
  • Party schedules and other documents are accessible on confirmation of booking – these are subject to changes without notice.
  • All parties involved will agree to follow our Health & safety Measure and Covid Secure policies
  • If payment declines at the 48 hour mark, you will need to contact us on 01527 66191 immediately to secure your booking. if payment is not complete, your party will not go ahead. and all monies paid will be forfited.
