In each of our indoor Settings it is Mandatory to wear a face covering unless you’re exempt.

Ticket office – Once you have entered the farm and checked in, please follow the one-way system that is in place. Please wear your face coverings until you are outside. Hand sanitisers can be found at the entrance and in key locations around the farm.

Farm Shop – Please follow the one-way system as you leave the farm park through the farm shop. Face coverings must be worn at all times. Sanitisers can be located at both entrances.

Toilets – When entering the building to access the toilets face coverings must be worn at all times. Please follow the one-way system & social distancing markers & measures.

Farmer Jo’s Coffee Shop & Kitchen – We will be running a one-way system through our Takeaway service. Please follow the one-way system & social distancing markers and measures. Once you have purchased your food, please make your way to a seated area to enjoy your food, Indoor & outdoor seating is available





Refund & Bad weather Policy – We will not refund or transfer a ticket due to bad weather.

We will remain open 7 days a week, so bring a coat and enjoy your time at the farm. :)

Due to these unprecedented times, we are working to a strict capacity at the farm, and as such cannot change tickets on the day. We hope you can respect and understand this. we recommend checking the weather before booking your tickets.

We require all visitors (over11yrs*) to wear a face covering when entering any of our indoor areas, such as Toilets or the Animal barns. *Exemptions apply.

Do not worry if you forget! We sell face masks at our ticket office for £1.00 a mask.

Members of our team may approach you throughout the day to remind you to stick to our Covid secure measures during your visit. We are all here to ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit whilst following government measures at the farm. Any abuse to our staff may result in you being asked to leave the farm with no refund.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is always our number one priority and we have therefore introduced a number of additional hygiene and safety measures which you’ll see in place when you visit, including social distancing.

Our Farm Park will have a strictly limited capacity and anyone looking to visit must have pre-booked tickets before arriving at Attwell Farm Park.

Your pre-booked tickets will be checked on arrival at admissions. Please wait patiently and bring a form of Identification with you to avoid any confusion when finding your tickets. We have the right to refuse entry to any person/s that do not adhere to our new safety measures put in place.

Once inside the farm, we will have set up the best routes for you to follow to avoid crowds or queuing. Please pay attention to the new signage around the farm, which will tell you important safety information and highlight social distancing measures, such as signs reminding you of a 2m distance. Although the current guidance is now 1m plus, we are keeping it at 2m on the farm to ensure safety to our visitors and team. Attwell farm have a parental supervision policy at all times. It is your responsibility to adhere to our guidelines and rules around the facilities in the farm park.

As an addition to our hand wash facilities, we have installed Antibacterial sanitiser stations around the farm. Please use them at regular intervals during your visit.

(We would like to remind you that sanitiser gels are NOT adequate cleaning alone and are only an additional measure to thorough hand washing with warm water and soap.).

Our business hours to 10:00am – 17:00pm until restrictions are lifted, Monday to Sunday. Last entry to the farm is currently 16:00pm

Our Current opening times are 10:00am – 17:00pm with last entry being 16:00pm. We are running staggered entry times into the farm, but you can stay until 5pm once inside.

Once inside you can stay all day

We will be keeping up to date with the government’s guidelines and change our operation in relation to what is needed at the time. Be sure to keep up to date with news and changes via social media or our newsletter.

All visitors will need to pre-book tickets before visiting the farm, Including members. We are running on a limited capacity to ensure the health and safety of all our visitors and staff, and as such any visitors who do not have a pre-booked ticket will not be allowed entry to farm. Our Indoor play area times are 10:00 - 17:00.

We close the Indoor play area at Midday for a deep clean to keep inline with Governement guidelines during Covid-19.

A deep clean takes roughly 15-30 Minutes you will hear a call over the speakers to ask you to leave the area whilst we clean.

Masks must be warn for children over the age of 11 (Unless exempt) to help keep in line social distancing we are currently not allowing adults on the play area during busy periods, unless you are a carer.

Together we can have a fun and safe visit.

A variety of refreshments will be available to purchase from our ‘grab and go’ coffee shop. Including hot and cold drinks, Take away food & snacks, ice-creams & more. Please note that contactless payment is preferred, but we will accept cash. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines in the coffee shop area.

Yes, please contact our team on 01527 66191 or Info@attwellfarmpark.co.uk to arrange your booking. All tickets require pre-booking in order to be allocated a time slot and are included within our restricted visitor numbers. Please wait for confirmation from our team before you plan on visiting us. At present we can only allow 2 x passes or Gift tickets per Visiting party, this is to help us monitor numbers for social distancing

If your voucher has expired during the lockdown period we will honour the extension of time.

We have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes in line with government guidance, which will be taking place throughout the day seeking to disinfect those points most touched, such as tables and chairs, service counters, door handles and taps.

We will have outdoor and indoor toilet facilities available at two locations on the farm. We have introduced enhanced cleaning regimes for these, in line with government guidance, which will be taking place regularly throughout the day.

We have baby changing facilities available in both toilet blocks (Male & Female) Please follow guidance on cleaning the baby changing stations after use, with sanitiser and cleaning supplies provided. Unfortunately, we will not be running birthday parties until Government Measures have lifted. we understand this is not ideal, but we must put the safety of our guests and staff as our number one priority. We will monitor it month by month depending on government guidelines.

Picnics are welcome at Attwell Farm Park in any of our outside spaces. But please help us keep the farm and the countryside tidy by putting all rubbish in the bins provided or taking it home with you.

We have lots of picnic benches available but we advise bringing a picnic blanket for convenience incase all the benches are taken, so you can enjoy relaxing on our designated picnic areas.

Please help us to keep you safe by staying together in your group, social distancing always and ensuring any litter is put in the bins provided. Please stick to the picnic area zones which are located on your farm park map.
