How The Membership Works

All Memberships are purchased online through our booking portal. Simply follow the steps below to set up, activate and use your membership.

Purchase + Photo Upload

After buying your membership, log into your account and upload a photo. You’ll receive a unique membership code. Use this code each time you book online.

12-Month Validity

Your membership lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. Full Access gives unlimited entry (when we’re open), subject to pre-booking.

Pre-Booking Required

All members must pre-book their visit during peak times through the website before coming to the farm. During Busy periods we can hit capacity, so pre-booking is a must.

General Admission Only

Membership covers the standard farm park access. Some special events may require a separate ticket or additional charge.

One Pass Per Person

Each membership is assigned to a named individual and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by anyone else.

Exclusions Apply

Membership cannot be used with group visits, school trips, parties, or alongside other promotions/discounts.

Terms & Conditions

Membership Types & Duration: Full Access Memberships allow unlimited entry on any day we’re open for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. Term-Time Memberships allow entry on weekdays during Warwickshire & Worcestershire school terms only. Please note: Attwell Farm Park closes annually for a short winter shutdown.

Booking & Proof of Membership: All members must pre-book their visit online before arriving. If your membership details are incomplete or ID cannot be provided, standard admission will be charged.

Named Memberships Only: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the named person(s). Each membership is assigned to one individual and cannot be shared or swapped.

Photo Requirement: A clear, recent photo must be uploaded for each member (including children) and linked to their membership. This photo is used for identification purposes in place of ID at the gate. Without a valid photo on file, entry may be refused, or adults may be required to show valid ID for themselves on each visit.

Children & Age Policy: Child membership is required for all children over the age of 2. Those aged between 1 and 2 will need a toddler pass, while children under 1 can enter free of charge (unless stated otherwise for special events). All visitors aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times, in line with our Parental Supervision Policy.

What’s Included: Membership covers General Admission to the Farm Park only. Special events may require an additional ticket or charge. Memberships cannot be used for school visits, group bookings, birthday parties, or seasonal event packages.

Correspondence: All membership correspondence will be sent to the lead adult provided at the time of purchase. For individual child memberships, an adult’s details must be supplied.

Events & Closures: Events and activities are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given if the farm is closed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather. In the event of a compulsory closure (e.g. pandemics), memberships will not be refunded or extended.

Capacity & Closure Limits: Entry with a membership is always subject to park capacity, opening hours, and operational restrictions. On rare occasions, admission may be limited for safety reasons.

Refunds & Cancellations: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds, short-term memberships, or extensions for unused time.

Fair Use & Conduct: Attwell Farm Park reserves the right to refuse renewal, withdraw membership, or revoke access if terms are breached. Personal or verbal abuse of staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

Data Protection: By purchasing a membership, you consent to Attwell Farm Park storing the details provided for administration purposes in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Your information will only be used to manage your membership and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

Photography & Marketing: During your visit, photography and filming may take place for promotional use. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival if you do not wish to be included.

Changes to Terms: Attwell Farm Park reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
