What Happens On The Day?

    Relax and enjoy a fully hosted celebration! Your Party Host will greet you on arrival, guide you through the fun, and make sure everything runs smoothly. After your tour and party room time, you and your guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the farm park until we close.

    Meet your Party Host Greeted at the ticket office, your Host will guide you to your party room. Welcome your guests Your Host will assist guests as they arrive and make sure everyone is ready to start. Join the farm tour Meet, feed, and interact with our friendly animals across the farm. Enjoy the Petting Barn Get hands-on with small animals before heading back to your party room. Refresh and wash up Use the handwashing stations after animal activities. Celebrate with your guests Your Host will provide a cake knife, lighter, and check everything is perfect before handing over. Stay and enjoy the farm After your two-hour party, continue exploring the park until we close.

    Take the lead and create a celebration that's all yours! During your two-hour party slot, you have the freedom to enjoy your private room, explore the farm, and let the little ones burn off some energy. After your party, you're welcome to stay and play until we close.

All our Birthday Party Bookings are made online using our online booking portal. Simply follow the following steps & guidance below to book your party at the Farm.

Plan Your Party Day


Decide which package is right for your child — a fully hosted celebration with a Party Host or a flexible DIY option where you take the lead. Think about your child’s age, the size of your group, and the kind of day they’ll enjoy most.

Choose Your Party Date & Time


Select your party date using our interactive calendar. Parties run in two slots:

  • Morning: 10:30 – 12:30

  • Afternoon: 14:30 – 16:30

After your two-hour party, you and your guests are free to stay and enjoy the farm until closing!

Confirm Your Guest Numbers


Both packages require a minimum of 10 children. If you’re not sure how many guests will be joining, you can book with the minimum and add more later. Final child guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your party through the online Party Portal.

Choose Your Food Options


Each child receives a Bongo’s Party Lunchbox. You can also pre-order extras like pizzas, chips, squash, and ice lollies.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll get access to your Party Portal to update your guest list, select sandwiches, and note allergies.

⚠️ Important: All food choices and dietary needs must be confirmed in the portal 48 hours before your party.

Manage Your Booking Online


After booking, you’ll receive access to your Party Portal — your one-stop space for all things party planning. Here you can manage your guest list, select each child’s food options, highlight any allergies or dietary needs, and even download invitations to share with your guests.

To help us prepare everything safely and on time, please make sure all final food choices and allergy information are submitted through the portal 48 hours before your party.

Paying for your Party


Secure your booking with a deposit for 10 children. Final balance and food orders must be completed 48 hours before your party. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.

Do you provide a cake, knife, and candles?

We do not provide a birthday cake or candles. This is your responsibility, howeve we provide the necessary knife and lighter for your cake-cutting & candle lighting convenience.

Can we have extra guests like siblings and extra adults?

Certainly, you can invite extra nonparticipating guests to the party. You have several options for accommodating them:

  • You can include them in your booking before the 48-hour cutoff.

  • You can pay for them on the day of the party.

  • Alternatively, they can pay for themselves upon entry to the farm.

Please ensure that you inform your guests about our policy, which requires additional guests not on the guest list to pay the standard admission price for that day.

Each participating child is entitled to have one free accompanying adult with their entry, In cases where additional guests arrive with participating guests at the ticket office, we will communicate with you in advance. We'll discuss whether you'd like to cover the cost for these additional guests or if you prefer them to pay for themselves. This approach helps avoid any confusion or uncomfortable situations.

For instance, if a participating child arrives with two adults, one of those adults will be required to pay the standard entry price.

It's important to note that additional nonparticipating child guests won't receive the same extras as party children, including food, animal feed, a free adult, and a return pass. They will simply pay for entry to the farm and can join the tour and experiences, but the extras won't be available to them.

Can we have exclusive use of areas in the farm park?

Yes! 🎉 When you book a Party Room package, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of your own private party room during your chosen time slot:

  • 10:30am – 12:30pm

  • 2:30pm – 4:30pm

It’s the perfect space for celebrating, singing happy birthday, and making memories with your guests. The rest of the farm park will still be open to the public, so after your party you can head out and enjoy all the animals and play areas together.

What about children under 2? Do they count, and are there different rules for them?

Under-2s count as participating children and must be paid for at the participating child rate.

An under-2 can attend as a non-participating guest, but they will not receive any of the party inclusions. For example, a non-participating child guest would not receive the free adult entry, party food, animal feed, or return pass.

Please note, your party must still have at least 10 paying participating children to go ahead.

When do you need to know things like final numbers, allergies, and food choices?

Please ensure that all necessary information for your party is uploaded to the online portal no later than 48 hours prior to the start of your event. The online portal will automatically lock at the 48-hour mark and will charge any additional costs accordingly at that point. It is crucial that you provide us with your Guest List, Sandwich Order, as well as any Allergies and Dietary Requirements within this timeframe.

Kindly note that it is your responsibility to supply us with this information. Failure to provide a sandwich order or guest list before your party start time will result in us being unable to prepare your food, and your party will be arranged based on the information available on your guest list. Your guest list will be automatically processed and confirmed at the 48-hour mark prior to your party's commencement. Please ensure that you have gathered all the necessary details before this deadline.

When do we pay the remaining balance?

Upon booking your party, a deposit for 10 children is required. The remaining balance will be automatically deducted 48 hours prior to the start of your event using the bank card used at the point of booking, but you also have the option to make this payment earlier if you prefer.

In the event of a declined payment method and no communication from you before the day of your party, your reservation will be cancelled, and the non-refundable deposit will not be reimbursed. Birthday Party

Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation: Your party is only confirmed once you receive an email from us. This usually takes 24 hours (excluding weekends). If your chosen date isn't available, your deposit will be refunded.

Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit for 10 children is required when booking. The remaining balance will be charged automatically 48 hours before your party to the card you booked with. Failed payments without contact will result in cancellation.

Party Portal Access: Once confirmed, you'll access your Party Portal to manage your guestlist, food choices, and allergy details. All guest and food information must be submitted at least 48 hours before your party.

Food & Allergies: It is your responsibility to provide accurate food choices and allergy information for all guests. If this information is not submitted at least 48 hours prior to the party, a standard mix of ham and cheese sandwiches will be provided. Any guest additions made after this deadline may have limited food options, and dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed.

Arrival Times: Party hosts may access the room 30 minutes before start time to set up. Guests should arrive 15 minutes early. Parties will start on time, even if guests are late.

Adult Entry: The birthday child receives 2 free adult entries. Each participating child receives 1 free adult entry. Additional adults pay standard admission.

Party Room Condition: Please leave the party room tidy using the bins provided. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or damages if necessary.

Memberships: Farm memberships do not include parties. Party bookings are charged at standard prices.

Health, Safety & Conduct: All party guests must follow our Health & Safety guidelines and Code of Conduct. Mistreatment of staff, animals, facilities, or guests will result in immediate removal without refund.

Schedules & Documents: Party schedules and related documents are available after confirmation. Please note they may be subject to change without notice.
