Embden Geese

Find me in the Duck Pond

Meet Our Gaggle of Geese

We’re a lively group of four Emden geese — three females and one proud male — who’ve called Attwell Farm Park home since 2017. You’ll find us most days at the duck pond, swimming, honking, and keeping a watchful eye on all the farm’s goings-on.

During nesting season, the females stay busy laying eggs while our gander takes his job as protector of the flock very seriously! Though we can be a little cheeky if someone wanders too close to our nests, we’re also incredibly intelligent, curious, and social. We love greeting visitors, especially those who stop to admire us (from a respectful distance, of course).

Come and watch us paddle, preen, and graze — we promise you’ll hear us before you see us!
