Following on from the Government update on the 24th February 2022.


Although all procedures are no longer a legal requirement, We kindly ask all visitors to respect each other, our employees, and our guidelines on maintaining good hygiene.


We are constantly monitoring the most up to date Government guidelines to ensure your continued health and safety as our number one priority. Our team have been doing a fantastic job since the very start of this pandemic to keep you all safe. From adapting with ever changing covid policies to advanced cleaning schedules around the farm.

Pre-Book Online During Weekends, Holidays & Special Events

Prebooking online is no longer required during term time and weekdays outside of special events. To allow us to manage the farms capacity during busy periods we are asking all guests to pre-book their visit to us (Including members). Please refrain from travelling to the farm during busy periods without first purchasing your tickets online to avoid dissapointment.

You will be sent an email with your booking. When you arrive, let our team know what your reference number is or the name the booking is made under. There is no need to print out the email, you can show it on your phone or tablet. You may be asked for Identification.

Wearing a Face Mask

As of the 24th February 2022 it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering. It is your personal preference if you wish to wear one.

Do not worry if you forget! We sell face masks at our ticket office for £1.00 a mask.

Whilst we Accept both Cash & Contactless Payments

Showing symptoms?

While you’re no longer required by law to self-isolate if you have COVID-19, you should still stay at home and avoid contact with other people. This helps reduce the chance of passing COVID-19 on to others.

If you, a member of your household has Covid-19 We politely ask that you do not visit the farm. you can now move your booking online up to 3 hours before your timeslot or Arrangements can be made to move your ticket to another day once you are out of self-isolation and are all better. Please contact the office on 01527 66191 to discuss.

If you start to feel unwell during your visit, please go directly to the first aid room.

Safety Signage & Information

We have kept some signage around the farm, to remind visitors to respect other visitors.

Social distancing

Whilst visiting, always respect other visitors, there is no longer a legal requirement all we ask for is you to respect other visitors.

Wash your Hands with Warm water & Soap!

As a Farm Visitor attraction, we already have several hand wash facilities located in key areas around the farm (Locations can be found on your map). Please wash your hands with warm water & soap provided at regular intervals throughout your visit. Regular handwashing should not be replaced by hand sanitiser gels, especially after feeding or touching the animals and before eating and drinking.

Guidance on correct hand washing can be found at each station.

Please use the Sanitisers

As an addition to our hand wash facilities, we have installed Antibacterial sanitiser stations around the farm. Please use them at regular intervals during your visit.

(Regular handwashing with warm water and soap should not be replaced by hand sanitiser gels, especially after feeding or touching the animals and before eating and drinking).

Parental Supervision

We have a Parental/Guardian supervision policy at all times on the farm. Please follow our code of conduct during your visit.
