We are delighted to offer free parking to all visitors at the Farm Park. For the convenience of our disabled guests, we have a designated tarmacked area near the entrance for disabled parking. Our surfaces throughout the park include tarmac, concrete, rolled stone, and grass (in dry weather), ensuring a varied and accessible experience.
We are thrilled to share some exciting news! We have recently added six electric vehicle (EV) parking spaces, conveniently located in our main car park on a solid concrete surface. This addition caters to the growing number of visitors who drive electric vehicles, providing them with a convenient and environmentally friendly option.
Please note that availability of all parking spaces is subject to capacity, and we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
Our farm, located in Beoley, Worcestershire is nestled in a picturesque rural location, which encompasses a variety of terrains, including a few slopes and uneven surfaces on our exterior paddock walk. It's important to note that while there are areas with slopes and unevenness, the majority of the farm park is situated on even surfaces, providing a comfortable and accessible environment for our visitors.
Within our indoor facilities, you'll find a combination of polished and standard concrete surfaces, while our outdoor areas feature a mix of tarmac, concrete, rolled Cotswolds stone, and grass. For enhanced safety, our outdoor play facilities are covered with a rubber chipping surface.

We prioritise accessibility and inclusivity for all our visitors. If you require wheelchair assistance, we free offer wheelchair hire services. Simply inquire about availability at our ticket office or reach out to our office team on 01527 66191.
To support individuals with neurodiverse needs, we have implemented Makaton signs around our animal pens and paddocks to help communication and provide information about the animals the visitor is interacting with. Additionally, each animal sign is also equipped with a QR code that can be scanned with your device, enabling you to access further audio and written details about the specific animal.
We welcome Assistance dog throughout all our farm. If you require water for your dog please ask a member of the team.
Visitors with the following documentation are eligible for one complimentary carer's ticket. Please note that it is valid only when accompanying a caree who has purchased a full-price ticket, and it is limited to one carer per caree. Any additional members of your party will be required to pay full price. (For visitors who require more than one carer we ask that you bring documentation to support this.)
Upon arrival at the farm, you will be asked to show proof/documentation of the need for a carer to a member of our reception team. Failure to provide any of the required documentation may result in your paying the full price for entry.
You will need one of the following documents:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
- Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).
- A current and valid Blue Badge.
- Letter from GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.
- A Valid DWP Letter – Clearly stating “Carers Allowance” (dated within the last 12 months).
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
- A Valid Nimbus / Access Card – with an Essential Companions symbol (for example +1)
(Please note a bank statement is not sufficient proof, we require one of the above items of documents)

We have Dedicated Disabled parking spaces, located at the entrance to the Farm Park on a level tarmac surface. More dedicated spaces will be added in 2024.
Changing Places Facility - NOW OPEN - We are proud to announce the installation of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Changing Places facility, spanning an impressive 12 square meters. This remarkable addition is equipped with a height-adjustable adult changing bench and a cutting-edge ceiling track hoist, ensuring that our valued visitors have the utmost comfort during their visit. The Room is fitted with a Radar Key system for ease of use.

Variety of Seating - We have a variety of different seating around the farm, all of which are without arms to ensure wheelchair users are about to transfer onto seats with ease if required.
Clear Signage around the Farm - We understand the importance of clear communication for visitors of all ages, abilities, and heights. That's why we have implemented signage at a height that is easily readable by children, wheelchair users, and individuals of shorter stature. Our thoughtful approach ensures that everyone can navigate our Farm Park effortlessly and stay well-informed throughout their visit.
Wheelchair-Inclusive Play: Our new Sand Play Barn features a dedicated wheelchair-accessible play area, complete with sensory play panels. Additionally, you will find more sensory panels located throughout the farm. In 2024, we look forward to expanding and enhancing these inclusive features even further.

Neurodiverse Peaceful Play Mornings
We welcome you to enjoy our SEN Mornings at the farm every Tuesday and Thursday. We are open from 08:00am exclusively for SEN families to enjoy the Indoor play area before we open to the public at 09:00am. With no music and a low capacity, we want you to feel comfortable to enjoy the farm at your own pace.
The exclusive morning session is designed for families with members with additional needs, autism, or sensory needs. Once the hour is over, you’re welcome to stay all day at your own pace.
Quiet Start Mornings
We now open at 09:00am for Quiet Morning Fun, where there will be no music and a low capacity, we want you to feel comfortable to enjoy the farm at your own pace.

Ear Defender ‘Lender’
To ensure a comfortable experience for all our visitors, we provide complimentary ear defenders for hire at our ticket office. If you find certain areas too noisy, feel free to borrow a pair during your visit. We're here to assist and ensure your time at our venue is enjoyable and tailored to your needs.
Sensory Tunnel – Toddler Soft Play Area
Our Toddler Soft play is home to our Dedicated Sensory Tunnel. Thoughtfully designed to create an immersive and calming environment for children. This sensory area is a great place and offers a variety of tactile, visual, and auditory experiences to stimulate and soothe young minds. With elements such as soft lighting, interactive textures, and gentle sounds, this inclusive space caters to children of all abilities.
Fast Track Entry for Neurodiverse Visitors
To provide a smoother entry experience for our neurodiverse visitors, we offer a Fast Track Entry option. Visitors can call ahead or use a dedicated entry gate to avoid queues and minimise wait times. This ensures a more relaxed and stress-free start to your visit.
