How We're Keep You All Safe

All Visits Must Be Pre Booked

To allow us to manage the farms capacity and stagger arrivals, we are currently asking all guests to pre-book their visit to us, including members. Please do not travel to us without first purchasing your tickets online.

You will be sent an email with your booking. When you arrive, let our team know what your reference number is or the name the booking is made under. There is no need to print out the email, you can show it on your phone. You may be asked for Identification.

*If you, a member of your household or someone you have come into contact with has experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days you must not enter the farm


We closed our doors due to Covid-19 on the 21st March 2020. All our members will have the time we have been closed (105 days) added to your memberships.

Members must also book their visits, to help us organise social distancing effectively. Although entry is free there will be a small booking fee of £1 to process the transaction on the website. We understand this in an inconvenience, but unavoidable due to the transaction portal. In return, you will receive a hot drinks token to use in our coffee shop. Simply complete the booking transaction online and tick the membership holder box and input your membership number for reference. To validate the transaction, you will need to bring with you the following:

  • Your membership card(s)
  • A form of Picture Identification
  • and a copy / Screen Shot of the booking confirmation e-mail.


  1. I confirm that I/we have not had contact with any person who has been tested for COVID-19 (Corona Virus) in the last 14 days
  2. I confirm that I/we have not had any symptoms of illness (such as cough, cold, Loss of taste or smell, sore throat or fever) in the last 14 days.
