What Is Open & Closed?

In order to keep you safe during your visit we have limited what can be opened on the farm. We will be reviewing the government updates daily and will update you all once we have any changes.

How Long Can I Stay For?

We have adjusted our opening times to 09:00am – 17:00pm and are running staggered entry times into the farm, but you can stay until 4pm once inside.

- 10:01 – 10:30PM
- 10:31 – 11:00PM

Once inside you can stay all day

Our staff will maintain advanced cleaning regimes throughout the day to ensure you have a clean & safe visit. We want to thank you for your patience and cooperation during these times. We know this is not ideal for everyone and hope you all can understand and work with us until we are back to normality. We will be keeping up to date with the government’s guidelines and change our operation in relation to what is needed at the time. Be sure to keep up to date with news and changes via social media or our newsletter.

Can i Turn Up Without Booking

Guests with pre-booked tickets will be given priority to enter the Farm park. We are running on a limited capacity to ensure the health and safety of all our guests and staff, and as such any guests who do not have a pre-booked ticket will only be allowed entry if full capacity hasn't been reached.

Annual Memberships

We closed our doors due to Covid-19 on the 21st March 2020. All our members will have the time we have been closed (105 days) added to your memberships.

Members must also book their visits, to help us organise social distancing effectively. Although entry is free there will be a small booking fee of £1 to process the transaction on the website. We understand this in an inconvenience, but unavoidable due to the transaction portal. In return, you will receive a hot drinks token to use in our coffee shop. Simply complete the booking transaction online and tick the membership holder box and input your membership number for reference. To validate the transaction, you will need to bring with you the following:

- Your membership card(s)
- A form of Picture Identification
- and a copy / Screen Shot of the booking confirmation e-mail.

What Time Will We Be Open?

We are changing our business hours to 09:00am – 17:00pm until restrictions are lifted, Monday to Sunday.

Will There Be Food and Drink On Sale?

A variety of refreshments will be available to purchase from our ‘grab and go’ coffee shop. Including hot and cold drinks, Take away food & snacks, ice-creams & more. Please note that contactless payment is preferred, but we will accept cash. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines in the coffee shop area.

Can We Bring A Picnic

Picnics are welcome at Attwell Farm Park. We advise bringing a picnic blanket for convenience in order to sit down and enjoy our green spaces. Please help us to keep you safe by staying together in your group, social distancing always and ensuring any litter is put in the bins provided. Please stick to the picnic area zones.

How Will We Enforce Social Distancing?

The health and safety of our guests and staff is always our number one priority and we have therefore introduced a number of additional hygiene and safety measures which you’ll see in place when you visit, including social distancing.

Our Farm Park will have a strictly limited capacity and anyone looking to visit must have pre-booked tickets before arriving at Attwell Farm Park.

Your pre-booked tickets will be checked on arrival at admissions. Please wait patiently and bring a form of Identification with you to avoid any confusion when finding your tickets. We have the right to refuse entry to any person/s that do not adhere to our new safety measures put in place.

Once inside the farm, we will have set up the best routes for you to follow to avoid crowds or queuing. Please pay attention to the new signage around the farm, which will tell you important safety information and highlight social distancing measures, such as signs reminding you of a 2m distance. Although the current guidance is now 1m plus, we are keeping it at 2m on the farm to ensure safety to our visitors and team. Attwell farm have a parental supervision policy at all times. It is your responsibility to adhere to our guidelines and rules around the facilities in the farm park.

How Are You Cleaning Your Outdoor Areas?

We have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes in line with government guidance, which will be taking place throughout the day seeking to disinfect those points most touched, such as tables and chairs, service counters, door handles and taps.

What Toilet Facilities Will Your Have Available?

We will have outdoor and indoor toilet facilities available at two locations on the farm. We have introduced enhanced cleaning regimes for these, in line with government guidance, which will be taking place regularly throughout the day.

What Baby Changing Facilities Do Your Have?

We have baby changing facilities available in both toilet blocks (Male & Female) Please follow guidance on cleaning the baby changing stations after use, with sanitiser and cleaning supplies provided. We have introduced enhanced cleaning regimes for these, in line with government guidance, which will be taking place regularly throughout the day.

Will There Be Hand Sanitiser On The Farm?

We have introduced Hand sanitiser stations around the farm at key locations. Along side our already exciting hand wash facilities with warm water and antibacterial soap. We would like to remind you that sanitiser gels are NOT adequate cleaning alone and are only an additional measure to thorough hand washing with warm water and soap. Will Birthday Parties Be Taking Place?

Unfortunately, we will not be running birthday parties until further notice, due to social distancing guidelines. we understand this is not ideal, but we must put the safety of our guests and staff as our number one priority. We hope you can understand, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation. If you have a party booked, you will be contacted to re-arrange or discuss your options. Return Passes or Gift Tickets, Will i Need To Rebook?

Yes, please contact our team on 01527 66191 or to arrange your booking. All tickets require pre-booking in order to be allocated a time slot and are included within our restricted visitor numbers. Please wait for confirmation from our team before you plan on visiting us. At present we can only allow 2 x passes or Gift tickets per Visiting party, this is to help us monitor numbers for sociald distancing

If your voucher has expired during the lockdown period (March 21st , 2020 – July 04th 2020) we will honour the extension of time.
